It takes long time to boot up the Linux.
Hence, to start manually, just comment /etc/oragchomelist.
[root@grid12c ~]# cat /etc/oragchomelist
#/u01/app/oracle/oms12cr2/oms
#/u01/app/oracle/agent12cr2/core/12.1.0.2.0
In that way, even if gcstartup execute, it does nothing.
[root@grid12c ~]# /etc/init.d/gcstartup start
[root@grid12c ~]#
